Environmental Surveys:
This is a survey of your in-plant processes and procedures to identify opportunities for reducing operating costs by reducing emissions and other environmental impacts. Our focus is to identify those opportunities that can be implemented with little or no capital expense and thus begin to pay back immediately.
This survey includes specific steps for implementing our recommendations. This is a no risk survey to you since we guarantee that the savings for following our recommendations will exceed the cost of the survey.
We may recommend, of course, other opportunities which may require substantial capital investment or research. For these areas a course of action will be recommended.
In-House Workshops:
Most Environmental Compliance courses teach you the specific steps you must take to satisfy regulatory limits and how to monitor and report your progress. This is normally very costly because it presumes that pollution is a product of your business. This course transcends current regulatory limits and teaches you ways to penetrate your operation to the very sources of pollution and eliminate them, in many cases, altogether. This is very cost effective, because it focuses on eliminating the waste and inefficiency from the operation, resulting in improved profitability. This course includes dozens of proven case studies.
We give management specific tools for working with vendors and outside agencies. We work with marketing to create environmentally responsive products and advertising. We work with operations to identify specific environmental problems and help them find opportunities for improvement.
Feasibility Studies:
Focused to a specific compliance issue, you are provided detailed analysis of the compliance issue, costs, benefits and returns of alternative solutions - what is, and what is not working elsewhere. We include an analysis of current and emerging technologies, risk assessment, and position of regulating agencies.
Facilitating the Problem Solving Process:
We provide technical resources to address specific environmental issues. We help you work with agencies, vendors, customers to help implement specific solutions. We can also provide hardware and software and integrate system solutions to meet your specifications.
